Each resident is allowed one parking permit, with a maximum of two permits per unit. A third vehicle may be added for $20.00 per month, along with a one-time $50.00 parking pass fee. Please note that three vehicles is the maximum allowed per unit. Any third vehicle must be parked in designated areas away from the buildings, toward the front of the property. We do not offer visitor parking passes; all visitors must also park in front, away from the buildings.
